• Meet & Greet – Cayenne Cheddar Crackers, Chilled Chicken Spring Rolls
• 1^st course – 100 bbl Director’s Cut paired with an Oyster Trio: Chilled Oyster on the Half Shell; Parmesan Grilled Oyster and a Crisp Oyster Nacho on Corn Tortilla topped with Ancho Aioli and Pico
• 2^nd course – Harpoon IPA paired with BBQ Shrimp: Gulf Shrimp simmered in a Cajun BBQ Sauce of Worcestershire, Garlic, Onions, Crushed Red Pepper & Rosemary finished with Green Onions & Grilled Bread
• 3^rd course – Celtic Red paired with a Smoked Cheddar Bisque with apple and sausage garnish.  Braised Red Cabbage with Glazed Quail Breast.
• 4^th course – Harpoon Chocolate Stout paired with a Braised Short Rib Mole finished with a Sweet Corn Puree, an Avocado, Orange and Red Onion Salad, Roasted Sunflower Seeds and a Cilantro-Lime Crema
• 5^th course – Raspberry UFO paired with a Candied Bacon Chocolate Tart and a Roasted Banana Butter Cake, Honey Almond Ice Cream and Cinnamon Plantains
