Harpoon 5:30 CLUB

In addition to the free public Tastings on weekdays and Tours on weekends, we also offer the Harpoon 5:30 CLUB. We found a demand from businesses, groups and organizations in the Boston area to offer group tours of the brewery. To meet this need, we began the hugely popular Harpoon 5:30 CLUB.

WHAT IS THE HARPOON 5:30 CLUB?

The 5:30 CLUB takes place in our Tasting Room and includes in-depth information about Harpoon and the great beers we brew. This information is narrated by our knowledgeable staff and includes complimentary samples of our delicious beer. That Tasting lasts 1 1/2 hours and includes access to the Brewhouse Platform. Because of our small size, we do not have the ability to allow people to walk through the brewery.

Groups are welcome to have their 5:30 CLUB catered (ask for our Tasting Room Manager for more details).

GROUP SIZE and ROOM FEE:

The Harpoon 5:30 CLUB is offered to groups of people from 15 to 80.

For Groups of 15-40 people:

• There is a Room Fee of $50 per group (between 15-40 people). We may schedule more than one group per night.
  All group reservations must be made in advance
  Room Fee must be paid by Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard) at the time of reservation
  The Room Fee is 100% refundable if cancellations are made one week prior to the scheduled evening.
  If you wish to have a private 5:30 CLUB for your group (between 15-40 people) a room fee of $150 will apply.

For Groups of 40 to 80 people:

• There is a Room Fee of $150 per group. This will afford you a private 5:30 CLUB for your group.
  All group reservations must be made in advance
  Room Fee must be paid by Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard) at the time of reservation
  The Room Fee is 100% refundable if cancellations are made one week prior to the scheduled evening.

SCHEDULE:

Harpoon 5:30 Club are available to be booked on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings from the hours of 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM. Due to the popularity of the Harpoon 5:30 CLUB, it is recommended that you have several dates in mind when making the reservation since your first choices may not be available. Thursday nights are the most popular and therefore need the most lead time for booking.

5:30 CLUB TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Harpoon reserves the right to cancel any 5:30 CLUB at any time for any reason and will refund 100% of the Room Fee. The use of the 5:30 CLUB is reserved for private social functions between friends and colleagues. It is not to be used for commercial purposes or publicized to the general public. Harpoon reserves the right to cancel any 5:30 CLUB at any time if we feel this policy has been violated.
