Located in Newton, MA, The Ride Studio @ Fast Splits offers a state of the art 16-bike Computrainer multirider studio.  Professional triathletes Karen Smyers & Dede Griesbauer (and 2008 Harpoon ITT Champ!) provide structured live coaching with morning and evening sessions ten times weekly. 

The class format is designed as a customized, progressive training program emphasizing pedaling efficiency, leg strength, and power principles.  The coaches will also teach training techniques using heart rate, cadence and power that can be used throughout the year to further improve performance.
