Grilling Social with Harpoon Brewery

It’s summertime in the city again, and Harpoon Brewery and our friends at Tremont 647 knows just how to keep cool and have fun in these sweltering summer months.  Back again by popular demand, Tremont 647 will be hosting its Third Annual Grilling and BBQ event on the patio!   

So put on your shorts and sandals and get ready for a fun and festive urban patio picnic!  On Tuesday, August 8, 2006, from 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM, Andy Husbands, chef/owner of Tremont 647, will be hosting another fantastic Grilling Social with Boston ’s own Harpoon Brewery and special guest chefs Tony Susi, of Sage, and Anthony Caturano of Prezza.  

Tremont 647 and Sister Sorel will be transforming their patios with two grilling stations and locally-brewed Harpoon draft beer.  Guests will be encouraged to walk around and sample items from each of the grills outside, as well as from Tremont’s indoor wood fired grill, while chatting with friends and neighbors, and enjoying a pint of fresh Harpoon beer.  Chef Andy Husbands will be preparing Wild Striped Bass Diablo with foccacia and garlic herb butter, Chef Tony Susi will be serving up Grilled & Sliced Leg of Lamb with marinated eggplant and roasted red peppers, and Chef Anthony Caturano will be offering Roast Suckling Pig Sandwiches.   

The cost of this special event is $35/per person, $30 for Friends of Harpoon. Price includes all food and two beer tickets per guest.  Tax, and gratuity included.  A full cash bar will also be available throughout the evening.
