Harpoon Helps Mission: Kid's Cafe in Worcester

10 Harpoon Helpers dished out a hot meal to nearly 300 kids at the Boys and Girls Club in Worcester on March 22nd. 

The Kid's Café program is designed to insure that children do not go hungry by providing nourishing evening meals to inner-city, at-risk children in a safe, accessible environment. The program, which opened on December 7, 1998, feeds approximately 200-300 hungry children a nutritionally sound evening meal while they participate in activities such as tutoring and recreational programs.
