Harpoon Point to Point Concert: The Samples

On Saturday, August 4^th, Harpoon kicked off Fight Against Hunger Week in Vermont with a live concert at Battery Park in Burlington featuring The Samples. Over 1,800 people came to listen to great music and drink barrels of fresh Harpoon beer, all to support the ongoing mission of the Vermont Foodbank.

The evening started with a solo performance by Aaron Flinn, followed by a rousing set from The Samples. Mike Luoma from the Point Radio Network emceed and Harpoon’s own Charlie Storey and the Vermont Foodbank’s Doug O’Brien welcomed the crowd.

Fight Against Hunger week culminates in the 6^th Annual Harpoon Point to Point, a single-day trio of cycling rides across the state of Vermont to raise money and awareness for the Vermont Foodbank.
