Processing and Shipping Info

All e-store orders that are in-stock will be processed and shipped within 7 days of placing the order (sometimes faster during the Holiday season!). Harpoon ships all orders directly from the Boston Brewery retail store, therefore it takes a little time to prepare each order (thank you for your patience!).

Shipping fees are based on the items that are ordered. Fees begin at $5.00 and increase depending on size and weight of the order. All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. In order to keep shipping costs as low as possible, we do not offer tracking on our shipments. We do not ship outside the United States.
