The judges have eaten and the results are in for the 2011 Harpoon Championships of New England Barbecue.

Day 1: Saturday July 23, 2011

 

Four categories (Chicken, Ribs, Pork, and Brisket) are competed on the first day of the championships, with the overall score combined to determine the Grand Champion. The Grand Champion is the state champion of Vermont and will represent the state in the National Championships. For complete rules and scoring, visit the New England Barbecue Society.
