Rules and Procedures of Contest

Sweepstakes runs from TUESDAY, JANUARY 28, 2009 through FRIDAY, APRIL 10, 2009.   All entries must be on official entry forms, and received by 12 noon on FRIDAY, APRIL 10, 2009. No product purchase necessary.  Void where prohibited.  Prizes consist of airfare,  accomodations,  and escorted tour for winner and a guest with approximate retail value of $2400.  Prize winners will be selected from all eligible entries received in a random drawing on or about FRIDAY, APRIL 10, 2009. Winner will be contacted by email.

Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received.  No responsibility is assumed for lost, late, stolen, misdirected or illegible entries.  All entries become the property of sponsor.  Submission of an entry constitutes acceptance of these official rules by entrant.  By accepting prize, winner agrees that Mass Bay Brewing Co., Brian Moore International Tours, and their affiliates and all of their respective officers, employees, directors, representatives and agents, shall not be liable for, and shall be released, discharged and held harmless by the winner against all damage, injuries arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize, or participation in the sweepstakes.
