Q. When can I place my order?
A. Shop anytime on-line at your convenience or you can visit our Brewery Stores in Boston or Windsor, VT.

 

Q. Is my information safe?
A. All personal information you submit is secure. We do not share or sell your information to anyone.

 

Q. Can I exchange or return my merchandise?
A. We will exchange or issue a refund on unused and unwashed Harpoon merchandise within 60 days of purchase. Please contact our customer service department for information on how to return or exchange your items at 888-HAR-POON ext. 522.

 

Q. Which credit cards are accepted?

We accept VISA and Mastercard only. If you would like to place an order and unable to pay with a VISA or Mastercard, please download this mail order form and send it in to us with a check or money order.

 

Q. How am I charged for shipping?
A. All shipping costs are based on weight.

 

Q. When will my order ship out?
A. All orders that are in stock are shipped via USPS only within 7 days. If your order is out of stock, please allow at least 4 weeks for shipment.

 

Q. When will I be charged for my order?
A. Credit cards are charged the same day the order is shipped.

 

Q. Where is my order?
A. If you have any questions about where your order is please contact our Customer Service Department by e-mail.

Prices and Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price, with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing we shall have the right to refuse or cancel orders placed under these conditions. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any such orders and correct any disparities whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If the item you have purchased is out of stock or becomes unavailable we will notify you and cancel the order. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
