Attention UFO White Lovers: Error on “best by” date on UFO White cans, good news for beer drinkers
Cans of the Harpoon Brewery’s popular UFO White, packaged in 6-packs with plastic rings, show the “best by” date as 8/15/12.
This date can be found on the bottom of the can.
But there is no big hurry to drink the beer! The cans were miscoded. The correct “best by” date is actually 9/15/12, not 8/15/12 as printed. In other words, those cans of UFO White will be fresh and tasty right up to mid-September. A whole extra month of great beer.
