Brewed using Mike’s hand-made cannoli shells, cocoa nibs, lactose, and vanilla to re-create the flavor profile of their famed dessert, this higher-strength rendition was aged for two months in premium rye whiskey barrels for added layers of vanilla, spice, and caramel.
