Spruce Tip Ale

Teetering somewhere between an American Pale Ale and a Hoppy Amber, this Spruce Tip Ale features an array of citrus-and-pine forward hop varieties, some dark and crystal malts, and most importantly, an abundance of whole spruce tips. Piney, balanced, and crisp like Vermont forest air in October.

Tasting Notes:
  • Appearance: Deep Amber
  • Aroma: Forest air, dried grapefruit peel, earthy spice
  • Mouth feel: Medium-bodied
  • Taste: Bright pine, caramel, bread crust
  • Finish: Clean with a touch of malty sweetness
