Ghost King is a grand version of a hybrid style we’ve come to love. After brewing several variations of white IPAs, our brewers went back to the 10-barrel pilot system and turned up the volume for this Imperial White IPA. Coriander and orange peel add some spice while a residual malt sweetness balances the citrusy, floral hop character. The end result is a very approachable, medium-bodied Imperial IPA .
