A couple weekends ago, July 29th and 30th to be exact, we hosted the Harpoon BBQ Fest...and we're still trying to get the stains out of our shirts! Competitive barbecue teams traveled to our Windsor, VT brewery from all over the country to prepare competition-grade barbecue dishes to be judged and feed hungry festival goers. It's a weekend devoted to chowing down on BBQ classics, drinking beer outside with friends, and celebrating summer.
Hopefully you were there partying with us, BUT if you missed it, fear not! We reached out to a couple of our favorite teams to see if they’d share some of their Harpoon inspired recipes. And trust us, they didn’t disappoint!
