Celebrate the holiday season with a specialty farm to brewery Vermont Wagyu pairing dinner at the Harpoon Brewery Taproom & Beer Garden on Tuesday, December 5th at 6:30PM.

Tickets are $125.00 (+ Eventbrite fees) per person and include: a welcome cheese board, five course meal, and a 6 oz beverage pairing with each course. Tax and tip also included.

Vermont Wagyu Petite tender
Honey garlic steak with whipped chive feta, white balsamic honey glaze, and mixed greens. Butter-poached Maine lobster salad with arugula, pickled onion, and crispy brown butter panko. Paired with Catamount New England Hazy IPA.
Beef Dumplings with Enoki Mushrooms
Vermont Wagyu Bone marrow, Tri-tip
House-made dumplings served in miso consume with pickled beets and enoki mushrooms. Paired with Clown Shoes Rainbows are Real.
Steak House Salad
Vermont Wagyu Chuck Eye
Arugula, beet greens, watermelon radish, baby cucumbers, marinated shallot, heirloom tomato, Farmstead Cheese Governors Cheddar, EVOO drizzle with Braggs apple cider vinaigrette. Paired with Harpoon Hard Cider.
“Wagyu Helper”
Vermont Wagyu Short-rib
Braised short rib, roasted heirloom tomatoes, balsamic scorched onions, pasta, pesto cheese sauce with shaved Parmigiano Reggiano and herb oil. Paired with Harpoon Dark.
Goat Cheese Cheesecake
Served with a salted pistachio crust and Blake Hill Preserves naked peach jam. Paired with Clown Shoes Snow on the Maple Tree.
