Menu:

Heirloom tomato and goat cheese tart

Heirloom tomatoes, VT Creamery goat cheese, Blake Hill Preserves Tomato Jam, baked in puff pastry with balsamic glaze

Cinnamon Roll Breakfast burger

A house-baked cinnamon roll with a VT Wagyu beef patty, cheddar cheese, breakfast sausage, and a fried egg, finished with a smear of Blake Hill Preserves apple butter

French toast grilled cheese

with ham, Blake Hill Preserves naked strawberry jam and marinated tomatoes

Petite Steak and scrambled eggs

Served with smashed potatoes and toast

Basic breakfast

2 eggs, bacon, ham or sausage, smashed potato and toast with jam (blueberry, apple butter, strawberry)

Piggie bowl

Chopped ham, bacon, sausage, smashed potato, mushrooms, caramelized onion and scrambled eggs topped with shredded cheddar

Ham hash and eggs

Potato and ham hash topped with 2 eggs and a side of toast

Served grilled with cultured butter
