Vermont Wagyu & Maple Spring Beer Dinner

Join us at the Harpoon Brewery Taproom & Beer Garden in Windsor, VT on our NEW date Tuesday, April 23rd along with Vermont Wagyu and Southern Vermont Maple Products for a four-course spring beer pairing dinner.
Tickets are $140 each + Eventbrite fees (tax and gratuity included) and include:
– Four course meal with welcome snack
– 5 oz beer sample with each course, and a welcome pint of choice.
– Discussions with Ryan Thompson, Director of Operations at Harpoon Brewery, Shannon Green-Doucet, Culinary Manager at Harpoon Brewery, Michael Stetson owner of Southern Vermont Maple Products, and Dr. Sheila Patinkin, Owner of Vermont Wagyu.
Welcome Snack
Marinated shrimp, VT Farmstead Governors cheddar cheese, spicy infused Vermont maple sauce and preserved lemon over seared grits
Brisket “Corndog Wellington”
Maplebrook Farms mozzarella cheese, baby mushroom, North Country Smokehouse ham, covered in corn patter and rolled in sweet potato, cooked until golden brown and crispy. Spicy Vermont maple mustard is served on the side.
Coulotte Marinated Steak Pasta Bite
Fresh beet pasta from Trenchers Farmhouse (Lyndonville VT) with green apple beurre Blanc made with Harpoon Cider, served on maple garlic focaccia.
Rib Roast
Pistachio horseradish crème fraiche, house made demi-glace,
Potato terrine with local egg yolk, Panko coated heirloom tomatoes with whipped feta cheese, fresh herb pesto, and crispy shallots
Big Debora’s trio- Oatmeal cream pie, Cosmic brownie, and Swiss roll made with Vermont maple syrup and Vermont Creamery cultured butter
