Multi Table Reservation

Looking for a more casual event option and ready to book ASAP? Consider booking a 2-hour Multi-Table Event for your group. We offer this reservation type to groups of 20-25 people, available both indoors and outdoors (seasonally, weather permitting). Click here to inquire now.

Pricing

The minimum food and beverage spend is $25 per person with a flat $50 rental fee (+fees). 20% gratuity added on to final bill. One check maximum per table.

Who We Are

Harpoon was started in 1986 by Dan Kenary, Rich Doyle, and George Ligeti. They were three friends who loved beer and loved drinking beer together but found the beer choices at the time to be limited. Traveling through Europe and experiencing the rich traditions of European brewing and beer drinking enhanced their love of beer and opened their eyes to the rich beer culture they wanted back home. They decided to build a brewery so that they could brew the beers that they wanted to drink, and invite their friends to the brewery to drink it with them.

In June of 1987, a warehouse space on the Boston waterfront was transformed into a brewery and the first Harpoon Ale was brewed. Fresh, local craft beer began making its way out to Boston beer drinkers. It was hard to imagine that craft brewing would become what it has today. Though many things have changed since the early days of Harpoon, much has stayed the same. We still love brewing beer and enjoying it with friends. One thing that has changed: in August 2014 Harpoon became an employee owned company!

Our motto, “Love Beer. Love Life.” embodies our pride in not only brewing great beer but enjoying the experiences that get paired with it. It’s meant to be open to interpretation because we know that “Love Beer. Love Life” possibilities are endless.

A Full Brewery buy-out gives you private usage of the entire restaurant space. The space has two tap towers for guest convenience. Seating is available at our restaurant tables as well as potential for more creativity with table/chair layouts in the surrounding areas. During warm weather months, you have the option to expand the space and include our beautiful patio for an additional fee.

Half Brewery

The Half Brewery buy-out is a sectioned off space in our restaurant area. Your guests will have access to a private bar while still embracing the atmosphere of our Taproom. Seating is available at our standard restaurant tables as well as potential for more creative table/chair layouts.

The Fireplace Section is one of the more sought-after spots in our Taproom. This area will be roped off for your guests to mingle around our staple wood burning fireplace. Cocktail service will be the flow of service for this style of event. Seating is available at our standard restaurant tables as well as potential for more creative table/chair layouts.

Main Lawn

Our Main Lawn is a roped off, open-air space. With a large capacity, there is a lot of room for set up opportunities with rented tables, chairs, and tents. You can also keep it casual with our in-house barrel tables and lawn-games. This space is front and center with a beautiful view of the Taproom and our neighbors.

Upper Lawn

Our Tented Tank area is a private area located under our grain tanks outdoors. This is a fully covered space with picnic tables with room to customize the area. This space is ideal for a more intimate gathering seeking some outdoor privacy.

Pavilion

Our Pavilion is a sought-after summer spot. A partially covered pergola area elevated on the grounds. There are picnic tables for seating or room for customizing the layout. This area is fit for smaller gatherings.

The Patio is directly connected to our restaurant. This is a partially covered area with full cocktail service from our restaurant. Picnic tables for seating or flexibility for cocktail style seating. This area can be added onto a Full Brewery Buyout.

Warming Huts

The Warming Huts are available in the winter and provide full coverage from the elements in separate huts with communal seating. With this rental, your guests will have access to our firepit for communal gathering.

We offer favorites like our handmade brewery pretzels as well as specialty items that rotate with the seasons. Reach out to your Event Coordinator to get more information on all catering offerings. All catering offerings are subject to availability.

Additional Terms & Conditions

We have a variety of food offerings and bar packages that will be charged per guest in line with the minimum required guest count as listed for each space. If the combined cost of food an beverage exceeds the base contracted amount, the payment of additional purchases will be due at the time of the event. Final contracted pricing is dependent on day, time, and headcount.
